We are excited to announce that the Group’s distribution business Genuine Solutions and our recycling and recovery operation GSUK, have been shortlisted for ‘Mobile Accessory Distributor of the Year’ and ‘Recycling Provider of the Year’ at the 2020 Mobile News Awards.

Since 1995 the Mobile News Awards has recognised top performers in the UK mobile channel. For 25 years, these sold-out awards have inspired the innovation and service that has marked the progress of the mobile industry. Held at the Hilton on Park Lane on March 12th 2020, it’ll be one of the mobile industry’s biggest events of the year.

Having proudly been named winners of the Accessory Distributor of the Year award for the last five consecutive years, we are crossing our fingers that we can continue this amazing winning streak, it would be an extremely humbling to be awarded for the sixth time in as many years.

As for GSUK, a business dedicated to saving planet Earth, being shortlisted for the Recycling Provider of the Year award is just as, or even more exciting. Up against some industry greats, including, SKY, Redeem and MusicMagpie, it is going to be extremely tough. It would be an absolutely phenomenal achievement to receive recognition and be named as the industry’s Recycling Provider of the Year.

We’d like to take this opportunity to also congratulate all the other finalists who have also been shortlisted for this year’s Mobile News Awards and wish them the very best of luck on the evening.

Winners will be announced at a black-tie gala dinner at The Hilton on Park Lane on March 12.
