Genuine Solutions visit the elderly and deliver some festive cheer
Elderly residents at the Amy Woodgate NHS care home received a visit from the Genuine Solutions Surbiton-based team this week bearing gifts and providing heartfelt banter and chat. Every Christmas, Genuine Solutions, the technology recycling and distribution provider, selects community projects to offer seasonal goodwill to and the staff and residents of the care home came top on the list for the company that strives to think of others in need of help.
2017 has been a rollercoaster of a year – winning Distributor of the Year by Mobile News, ranking 35th in Sunday Times best companies to work for and welcoming a new Chief Executive and operational board members. But that didn’t distract from the ethos of the company which is to do some good in the communities it serves whilst it delivers award-winning recycling and distribution services.
Chief Executive of Genuine Solutions, Stuart Henry, said: “My first Christmas with Genuine Solutions has been made even more special by seeing the difference these gestures of good will make. The founders of Genuine have built a global business upon the principles of ‘paying forward’ and it makes me very proud to be part of it.”
