As I am sure you are aware, new information from the Government is being issued daily. At the Genuine Solutions Group we are continuing to support our customers and partners whilst also ensuring we are doing our best to keep all individuals safe at this time. For the team at Genuine Solutions Group this means we are taking action with regards to capacity, hygiene and social contact.

Firstly, we are open as normal. At this stage, our opening hours will continue to be from 7am – 7pm. We have a dedicated team available to answer your questions or concerns that you may have, so you know you have the support you need from us. We have introduced measures to make sure that we have solid business continuity and we have invested in the technology to ensure that our teams can work from home, so that we can maintain our responsibilities wherever possible throughout these challenging times.

Finally, we are aware that the above may change as advice given by the Government and World Health Organisation also changes. As we continue to navigate these challenging times, we will endeavour to keep you all updated, as we react to any new directives.

The storm will pass, look after yourself, look after each other and we will come out the other side stronger than ever.
